Is Culture & Climate as important as Curriculum & Instruction?
We use a scientific process to provide each school with both a qualitative and quantitative assessment of their culture and climate. This process requires a complete a bottoms-up review of each school which includes; on-site observations, analysis of archival data, and survey results to create a Culture & Climate Profile for each school.
