FACES of CHANGE |
|
SERIES
Becoming an adult, if life affords the privilege of time, is inevitable. Becoming a well-equipped adult who is ready to successfully meet and conquer the challenges of adulthood is not. Faces of Change provides a framework for transitioning youth into adulthood; it empowers them with skills and disciplines that will affect them for a lifetime. Faces of Change seeks to build society one person at a time by unlocking the power within the youth of today to become the men and women of tomorrow, ready and equipped to change our world.
Frederick Douglass stated "It is far easier to build strong children than to repair broken men and women." We believe it is equally as easy to teach children to believe in and pursue their unlimited possibilities than to teach them how to merely pass test. When children believe and are taught they can do what is set before them, and have adults who understand how to help them reach and engage them, great test scores and results will be the natural outcome.
